   - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-14 business days after payment verification, unless otherwise stated.
   - Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow for additional transit time depending on the shipping method selected.

**4. Returns and Exchanges:**
   - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your artwork, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
   - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
   - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds do not apply to art commissions. 
   - Please note that custom artwork or commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
